10,149 Leeds Landlords Could Be Hit With £14k Bills and Red Tape in Tory 'Levelling Up' Plans

  • Some Leeds landlords face bills of between £11,000 to £14,000 as Michael Gove, the Housing Minister, declared an attack on poor quality private rental homes.
